Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS

You have the right to return your purchased products if you are not fully satisfied with them.

- You can return your items within 14 days from the date of purchase.

- Purchased products must be returned in their original packaging with all original tags still attached.

- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method excluding all shipping costs.

- Shipping costs are at your expense.

- In case you have completed your purchase using the cash on delivery payment method, you will be refunded via bank transfer instead of cash.

 

Just follow these 3 simple steps: 

1- Request a New RMA Online

Registered Users: Request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by logging in to your account and heading to the Returns and Exchanges section and selecting the pieces you would like to return on RMA request section.  You will be asked to select the reason why you wish to return a certain item. We will send you an email when your RMA is approved.

Guest Users: If you had completed the checkout as a guest, you can request a RMA on this link with your Order ID and email address.You will then receive an email with details on how to proceed with your RMA request.

2-Print your RMA Label

 After your RMA is approved, login to the Returns and Exchanges section and print your complete online Returns Label. Add your signature at the bottom of the printed label and enclose it in the package to be shipped back to our center.

OR

After your RMA is approved, simply fill in and complete the Returns and Exchanges Form that you have received with the shipment and enclose it in the package to be shipped back to our center.

 3- Send us your Shipment

- In case you have completed your purchase using the cash on delivery payment method, we will be in contact with you to set up a date to pick up the returned / exchanged products (Within the covered areas in Riyadh only)

Send the package with the signed Returns Label that you printed, or the completed Returns and Exchanges Form that came with your package, back to our Returns Center via any of the following shipping companies: SMSA Express, Aramex, or DHL. Kindly note that the shipping costs are at your expense. Our Returns Center address is:

 Upon requesting a RMA, you will immediately receive an email with your RMA number. You can track and send messages to our customer service team regarding your return in the Returns and Exchanges section of your account. You will then receive an email once the package has been received and processed.

 

EXCHANGES

You can exchange your purchased products only for different sizes. Exchanges will be subject to availability. Follow our above mentioned returns procedure, but specify the size needed when filling up the returns form in step 1. If you wish to exchange your products for other items, then kindly use our Returns procedure and use your refund to make a new purchase online.

POLICY 

Please note that all Returns and Exchanges are subject to our final approval after inspection. Items must be returned new and unused, as well as in their original packaging, labeling and having all original tags attached.

CLOTHING

Please take extra care when trying out our garments, as all products must be returned in a new, unused and undamaged condition, with all tags attached. In the case of beaded items, the beading must have been received in perfect condition. No returns will be accepted if make-up has been transferred on to the items therefore please make sure that you take the necessary precautions.

ACCESSORIES & LINGERIE

Please note that Returns & Exchanges are not allowed for this item category.

GIFTS

If you would like to exchange or return products as gifts; please contact customer service for further assistance at shopping@lati-fashion.com. You will only be able to exchange the product for a different size of the same item, or return it in and receive a voucher of the same value of your gift and which will be valid for a period of one year from the date issued.

FAULTY GOODS

Products are classified as "Faulty Goods" if received damaged or with a manufacturing defect. Please note that Faulty Goods do not cover items that were damaged as a result of being worn or torn. If you received a faulty item, kindly contact customer service within 14 days of completing your online purchase. You can only exchange your faulty product for the same item of the same size (subject to availability). Otherwise, you may request a refund that will be credited to your original payment method excluding shipping cost.
